No really, can you?
Before I start anything, that question hits me on the head.
Then the spiral of self-doubt happens.
As human beings, we remember the “bad” at a higher rate than the “good, ” and they are stored explicitly for the moment of new.
At a moments notice, the destructive self-talk begins.
We all experience it, especially if we work on anything that has an impact. I never have destructive self-talk hit me when I make a PB&J.
The difference between those who craft impact consistently are the people who learn how to get through it.
That is why Destructive Self Talk is the theme for August 2017.
At the end of last year, I wrote a newsletter highlighting the “three tenets of leadership.” Each month, I take a topic related to one of the three tenets and write about my ideas and experience around the topic.
