It isn’t a source of skill, but incompetence.
Crisis management is excellent. If someone can rely on you when the ship is sinking, or the sky is falling, you are a valuable member of the team.
However, if you tell me all you’ve done is “put out fires,” I have to wonder why you haven’t located the source.
