Start with Why
One of the things that stands out about Simon Sinek’s book is how singularly his focus is.
His message is simple, your energy shouldn’t come from what or how you do anything, but why you do it.
It’s hard. People like results now.
He repeats the message several different ways. It’s so singular, if I read WHY capitalized one more time, it will make my head spin.
But that’s how things stick. You do them over and over and over. Almost until people are sick of them.
Then you execute and it all makes sense, including this post.
