Don’t be a (feature) creep.
Kill it – Get rid of it altogether. Don’t let it stay. Just having it around leads to misinformation and distrust between you and whoever you serve. Example: That YouTube page you made five years ago? Get rid of it.
Keep it – Put it on your calendar. Dedicate some time per month to maintain it. If it is worth the time, it more than likely serves you and in that sense, the more time you dedicate, the better. Example: Your gym practice, since you are doing it once a week, more than likely you’ll get more out of two times a week.
The secret isn’t in the examples (YouTube could be way more critical to the gym to you). The secret is that you should kill more often than you keep because keeping is expensive.
Deciding is much cheaper.
