I didn’t want to do anything this morning that had to do with my morning routine.
My mind started coming up with things to make me avoid doing work – I read Yahoo and watched a SportCenter video.
All well and good except I never care about those two things.
Took 5 seconds and calmly reiterated to myself about resistance and got up.
