Its often the small things that determine quality.
Rushing through something, having the lowest price, or the cheapest staff may not matter on a non busy day – but when people pick their favorites, and are willing to wait and pay top dollar – that is when you lose unless that is your business model…
McDonalds had normal service yesterday. They were fine. But the difference between the two BBQ places in my neighborhood were light and day.
One had an hour and a half wait for carry out – and its hard to imagine it not, the food is tremendous.
The other – open seating at 6PM.
Mcdonalds can afford open seating yesterday – they are getting a breakfast rush right now, and will have a dinner rush tonight…that BBQ place…not so.
