Are you stretching?

Heuristic: If someone doesn’t stretch, (s)he is rushing.

Why?

To stretch, you are slowing down, warming up, and taking your time.

It means you have room think.

Stretch

Before a workout, you stretch your muscles.

We stretch because it makes us more limber and gives us a better workout.

When we don’t, we miss out on possible gains because the weight doesn’t care that we aren’t at our best. What we do at the moment is it. No excuses.

So, we stretch because if we don’t, we lose.
