Prescription

I’ve got a prescription from the doctor. Vitamin D. Something small in the sense that other than that, I am a completely healthy individual.

It makes me think though, how logn can I ride this train. I am overweight, and I really don’t take too much care of myself. To be honest, I don’t sleep in early, I don’t take vitamins, and I don’t eat well. Since I am a quarter of a century old, I know I can’t live like this. We are all fighting against the clock, so I am making my last physical an anniversary to get better.

TO help int his regard, I read the 4 Hour Body. Not a bad book, it has helped me in terms of sleep and diet. Not seeing a lot of motion in the weight loss…yet. However, my energy levels and my health feel improved. That is good enough.

I want to revisit this in a few motnhs and see any progress. I will have a log of the changes made, and hopefully, I will have great news to report.

Here is to my later twenties being better than my early twenties.

I really can’t get with the whole…hump day thing.

Why tell yourself it’s going to be the most difficult day of week?

Sometimes you have to look at hardship as an opportunity

Take today as the time to get your affairs in order.

Prayers and thoughts go out to Rhode Island right now, if you got family or friends out there, I suggest you try to call them, text them, or get a status report any way you can. It’s real bad out there.
