Stretch

Before a workout, you stretch your muscles.

We stretch because it makes us more limber and gives us a better workout.

When we don’t, we miss out on possible gains because the weight doesn’t care that we aren’t at our best. What we do at the moment is it. No excuses.

So, we stretch because if we don’t, we lose.

Habit Slowdown.

I am typing this about an hour left late at work.

I didn’t quite do the challenge (Spark Challenge) Tuesday and Wednesday. House guests are here and I got lost in it – I am assuming that is the excuse I used mentally. A part of me is embarrassed to even do anything for some reason. There is a fear there.

No therapy this week, but I started this again, maybe it will help.

I want to make this a habit, and I may just focus on this for now to add on the things I have going on.

Realized I need to start writing on a daily basis, if I do it, then maybe my flow can return.

Fitocracy Workout

I have started the Fitocracy Challenge –

I feel like this should help me build some muscle. Good news – I already feel sore from day one.

Hopefully ill work myself into some shape and cut a few pounds off in the process.
