Exercise: Name a Priority
Nothing complicated here, just write what is important to you now.
Just One!
It’s difficult right?
Our brains don’t work like machines. We aren’t robots.
Try this one: Write down ten things that are important to you now. After you do that, decide the highest priority.
Much easier right?
The lesson here is that when we get things out on paper, we give our brains the chance to use more of its energy to figure out what is important.
Priorities are no exception.
